Aspira Biosystems Announces Acquisition by Nanomune

 

BURLINGAME, Calif.July 20, 2004— Aspira Biosystems Inc., announced today that it has been acquired by Nanomune, a privately held company funded by Archangel BioVentures. This strategic merger will provide Nanomune with novel technology, developed by Aspira, for high specificity capture of targeted proteins.  The resulting company will use the name and trademarks of Aspira. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
